The Noida Authority, along with UP Tourism organizes an annual festival, ‘Shilpotsav’ at #Noida Stadium. The #Shilpotsav2018 was inaugurated by Union Minister Sh. Mahesh Sharma and Ms. Rita Bahuguna Joshi, Minister for #Tourism, Uttar Pradesh. The event aims to promote artisans from Uttar Pradesh and other Indian states including Rajasthan, Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir, West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab and Karnataka.

In order to strengthen the ties with the other states and promote the heritage of the country, a lot of cultural programmes are organized every year. Various rock bands and sufi bands perform in the mega event. There are standup comedy gigs as well as a range of other programmes. Mr. Sandeep Marwah, Director of Asian Academy of Film and Television and Asian School of Media Studies and founder of #NoidaFilmCity was the chief guest for the occasion. Students of MRIS, Noida were applauded for their exquisite dance performance and bagged second position. It was a day to celebrate the ethnic flavor of our rich cultural diversity.
