On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, the campus of Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana was bustling with myriad fun filled activities. The day commenced by seeking blessings from Almighty. Teachers as well as students paid tribute to the philosopher, scholar, an exemplary teacher, and politician Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
The entire Student fraternity held a Surprise Assembly for the Teachers in school. The students presented a beautiful speech on the relevance and significance of the day. They showered their heartfelt feelings of gratitude towards teachers in an unimaginable way. A stunning dance performance and a scintillating enactment on Teacher’s Day were presented by students. An invigorating performance by school Band left everyone stunned. A pleasant and melodious potpourri of songs was sung mellifluously by the school choir.
‘Without a Teacher, there is no Student. Without a Student, there is no Teacher’, averred Dr. Rupali Saini while addressing the gathering of students and teachers. Dr. Saini expressed that it’s a profession of reciprocation, where a student and teacher equally play a vital role in each other’s life. Therefore, Dr. Rupali congratulated all present for making this day a memorable one.
The entire campus was immersed in fun and frolic. Entire staff was decked up in Retro theme. An era of Retro – Black and White was revived in the campus of MRIS, Ldh.
