The students of ‘Wild Cats’ Clan went to the CEIS (Citizens Environment Improvement Society) Noida for a ‘Campaign To Erase Waste’. Brig. Kapoor addressed the children, highlighting the mission of CEIS, a group started by retired army officials towards efficient solid waste management in Noida. The students were exposed to techniques like Vermicomposting, Rain Water Harvesting and Solar Power installation. They were also taken for a tour to the Herbal Garden and were enlightened about the various species of Indian medicinal plants and their therapeutic values.

It was a great experience for the students as they got an insight about such amazing ways to utilize the daily waste in a productive manner. They are all geared up to work on their Annual Project-‘Solid Waste Management’ with great zeal and bring out the best solution to manage the waste.
