“Individually we are a drop but together we are an ocean.”

Team spirit cannot be taught, it is developed. Focusing on this notion, the Headmistress, Ms Namrata Joshi, organized an interactive workshop on Teamwork. She started the workshop with an “ice breaker” session which was followed by a discussion on the importance of teamwork. Thereafter, the teachers were involved in team activities such as “Lost at Sea” and “Scavenger Hunt”. These activities had everyone on their toes working in teams. Ms. Namrata kept the teachers engaged in various activities and shared the age old fable of ‘The Hare and The Tortoise’ which gave an enlightening end to a fun workshop.
