Students of Nursery at MRIS-51, Gurugram made pen holders for themselves during the Big Project in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goal No.12 encouraging responsible consumption and production. They reused tissue rolls, paper cups, and cardboard boxes to design their individual pen holders. Further in the activity, the students coloured and decorated them. The aim of this hands-on creative activity was to instill a sense of environmental ethics and learn the importance of the three R’s- Reuse, Recycle and Reduce.
