Aavishkaar Makeathon is a celebration of science and technology where students are at the forefront of innovation and are inspired to explore their passion and showcase their dream ideas.
Our brilliant students have emerged victorious at the Aavishkaar Makeathon 2023-24, sweeping awards in all categories and clinching the coveted Overall Championship! Their passion for science and technology has not only brought honor to our school but has also showcased their incredible talent and innovative spirit.
In the junior category, Chirag Baweja of Grade VI won the second prize for his project that automatically measure AQI and the team Wishers comprising of Rishit Sharma and Pranshu Arora of Grade VI won third prize for their project ‘Electric Crane with magnetic trash separator’.
In the middle category, Advith Prakash and Reyansh Vig of Grade VII, won the first prize for their project ‘Net Zero Home’. The project ‘Walk and Charge’ designed by Srijit De, Pranshu Jain, Daksh Dhaniya and Anand Kumar won the second prize.
In the senior category, a Spectroscope to detect fake currency designed by Ahana Oberoi and Gunsheen Kaur of Grade IX won the first prize. They were also awarded with Overall Championship Trophy and laptops for their innovative design. The second prize was also won by our school team comprising of Kashvi Soni and Shreya Mahesh Iyer of Grade X for their project ‘Restoring Voice’.
The list of awards continues as Chirag Baweja also won the Best Presentation Award in the junior category. Liquid Tree designed by Grade X students-Harshita Singh, Ipshita Ganguly and Advika Sahay was declared as Makeathon Star Project.
MRIS-46 was adjudged as Stellar School for maximum participation!
