In continuation of Earth Day celebration, MRIS-21C, Faridabad students participated in a workshop on Compost making using various waste material like gift dry leaves and wet waste from kitchen. Ms Sangeeta Gupta, a parent of Superna Gupta, Kindergarten conducted the workshop. She invited students to visit her residence to see how she uses compost manure to create a beautiful kitchen garden at her residence. Students also witnessed the making of vertical Garden.

Students were also informed about how the Earth day celebrations started. It was an interesting experience for all present. K.G and Grade-IV students also presented a beautiful assembly informing all why it is harmful to use one time plastic. They danced on a catchy song, “I am defender of the Earth”.

Everybody present took the pledge to do their bit for the mother Earth.
