“Pure water is the World’s first and foremost medicine.”

We at MRIS-Sector 14, Faridabad believe that fundamentally the drinking water must meet the quality standards, which is responsible for good health and simultaneously accountable for physical and mental activity level. To make our students of Grade 2 and 3 aware of the unique features of clean drinking water, they were shown the Reverse Osmosis System installed in the school premises. Mr. Gupta, the person incharge, explained the students about the pH value and TDS of drinking water. The quality test was conducted with the pH meter and TDS meter, wherein, the students learnt about the quality of drinking water. They also learnt that the drinkable water has pH value of 7, that is, neither acidic nor basic but is normal. And the TDS is 100, highly recommended for safe health. The students had many queries which were very well answered by Mr. Gupta.
