20th May, 2023, the Investiture Ceremony of Manav Rachna International School, Charmwood was held with great enthusiasm and zeal in the auditorium of Manav Rachna University. The ceremony was presided over by the Principal, Ms Divjot Kaur, Vice Principal Ms Surabhi Joshi, Ms Sanyogita Sharma ma’am, Director Manav Rachna Schools, Dr Hanu Bhardwaj, Director Career Development Centre MREI, Ms Ambika Vasudev Head of Career Advancements MREI, Dr N.C. Wadhwa, Director General MREI, Ms Payal Mehta, General Manager HR, MREI.
The Investiture Ceremony is one of the momentous occasions when the school entrusts hope, faith and the mantle of responsibility to the newly appointed school cabinet. This ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly office bearers.
The Guests of Honour for the ceremony were the school alumni, the first Head Boy of MRIS, Charmwood, Rijul Arey, the first Head Girl of MRIS, Charmwood, Dr Sunaina Giridgar, Hunar Kalra and Kabir Dhawan, Head Boy MRIS 2022-23.
Ms Sanyogita Sharma and Dr. N.C. Wadhwa addressed students with their motivating words and also advised the students to inculcate the values of punctuality, dedication, discipline and determination. Principal, Ms Divjot Kaur also inspired the Student Council Members to imbibe the art of resilience and continuous development.
The occasion began with lamp lighting ceremony as a tribute to Goddess Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge followed by felicitation of guests. A group of young performers presented a soulful dance Ganesh Vandana.

The council members pledged to work earnestly and uphold the honour and glory of the institution.
The newly elected Head Boy (Senior Wing), Rohan Pillai in his addressed to the gathering shared his plans and vision for the current session.
The Guests of Honour for the day, Rijul Arey and Dr Sunaina Giridgar shared the snippets of their journey and illuminating ideas to instill the inspiration in the young minds.
To Vote of thanks was proposed by the newly elected Head Girl, Shrika Nambiar. The event concluded with the National Anthem.
