There was joy and cheer all around the campus as the students and staff of MRIS Charmwood got together to celebrate the festival of sharing, caring and giving – Christmas – with a colourful carnival.
The vibrant event was graced by Ms Nisha Bhalla, Executive Director, MRIS CW & 21C; Dr M.M. Kathuria, Trustee, MREI; Ms Sanyogita Sharma, Director, MRIS; and Ms Seema Malhotra, Principal, MRIS 21C.
The esteemed guests presented jackets to the members of housekeeping staff. The students of ‘Anubhav Ek Ehsaas” school were very happy to be a part of the carnival as they enjoyed a multitude of games and food.
Students from Toddlers to Grade XII sang carols and danced. They enjoyed numerous activities like tattoo making, hair braiding, and games like “Feed the tree”, “Blow the snowman”, “Ring the jingle bell”, “Generous Santa”, “Strike and win”, “Ice ice baby”, “Spin the wheel”, “Treasure Hunt”, “Virtual reality”, “Ring the gift”, “Tambola”, “Teen ka dum”, “Bucket the coin”, “Passing the key”, “Guess and win”, “Rubics cube”, etc.
There was scrumptious food that catered to different palates: Chole bhature, noodles, manchurian, Maggi, cakes, cup cakes, momos, Dominos pizza, pasta, wraps, salads, chips, juices and much more. The carnival was a truly memorable experience for one and all.
