The students of Interact Club of MRIS Charmwood had an interactive session with Dr. N. C. Wadhwa, Director General, Manav Rachna Educational Institutions to discuss the activities and projects undertaken by the club.

The session was led by Ms. Sanyogita Sharma, Director, Manav Rachna International Schools. President of the club, Anushka Raina and Vice President Sia Kapoor presented a detailed insight on various community service initiatives conducted in the previous years. Dr. Wadhwa was highly appreciative of the dedication with which the students have been emotionally, morally and financially supporting the underprivileged.

Dr. Wadhwa apprised students of the numerous activities undertaken by Dr. O. P. Bhalla Foundation and Faridabad Navchetna Trust in the areas of education for all, cleanliness and protection of Environment. He briefed students about the formation of HEPF (Haryana Environment Protection Foundation)- Faridabad Chapter which is created to bring tangible and effective environment consciousness for sustainable change in the attitudes and approach of people towards environment protection and conservation in Faridabad District. He motivated students to be the crusaders of environment protection and sensitize people everywhere they go starting from their own homes, school, neighbouring areas, society and city. He advised the interact club to form HEPF Faridabad Environment Protection Student Assembly (FEPSA) to conduct such programs and activities that help protecting the environment.
