In this particular workshop, the participants are introduced to various percussion instruments: Congo, bongo, tabla, djembe, and drums
And Non Percussion Instruments: Guitar, keyboard, xylophone, harmonium, ukulele
Visual Arts
At Manav Rachna, we completely realize the role that expression of creativity and emotions is essential to the well being and development of an individual. This has massive practical gains, as well. We aim to introduce visual arts to the students through our summer workshops in a way where they may even take it up on a professional level.
Super Geek
Keeping in view the ever demanding world of IT and technology, ‘Makershala’ is an initiative that Manav Rachna International School came up with. Collectively called, STEAM- science, technology,engineering,arts and math, it offers hands-on experience in the field of electronics, Arduino 3-D printing etc. through various interesting educational activities.
Groovy Summers
MRIS truly believes that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Physical activity is of immense importance, and it goes beyond sports. We encourage and train the students to express themselves and let their creative juices flow through various dance forms like basics of house dance and hip-hop dance for the juniors, and Salsa, basics of Bachata for the seniors in our summer workshops.
Young Authors
Manav Rachna International School Organizes summer workshops for budding and aspiring young authors. It has been a highly sought after activity, a huge success during summer workshops and the rest of the year. The school has recognised , produced and published stories written by many students in many of its anthologies. Students and participants look forward to it with great curiosity and anticipation.
