Students at MRIS-21C organised a special assembly on the occasion of the Nobel laureate, Rabindra Nath Tagore’s, birth anniversary.

The day, popularly known as Pnochishe Boishakh is a celebration of the contributions of a great writer, poet, painter and a dramatist. 

A beautiful rendition of the song by Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore was presented by the students who showed great zeal and enthusiasm in highlighting the values and principles of Rabindranath Tagore’s life.

Through the celebration, which included, poems, songs and speeches, we tried to pay our humble tribute to the Colossus and towering figure of India. The various programmes organised helped students know about the contribution made by the multi-faceted genius.
