MRIS endeavors to inculcate good human values of appreciating the important National and International festivals in its students. Basant Panchami is one such festival dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge, music, and art. The color yellow plays an important role in this festival as Yellow represents spiritual knowledge which further adds to the significance of the festival.

Basant Panchami was celebrated at MRIS-21C, Faridabad in a unique way this year by worshipping Goddess Saraswati through Kathak dance presentations by Students of Grade I- V. The dance performed by Students mesmerized everyone present there. Their dedication and devotion during the performance was evident and was worth all the praises they got. This year for the celebration, the School had guests from Rotary Club of Faridabad Arth. They had distributed Car Bins to all the Students with a pledge from the students that each of them will contribute in the movement started by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi and keep these bins in their cars making everyone aware of its usage and contributing in a small way towards the Swachh Bharat mission.
