Session on ‘Cyber Bullying’

In these trying and unexpected times, we are finding ourselves more and more dependent on the Internet- be it for education, work or recreation.

We, at Manav Rachna, believe that we must spread awareness and protect our children from unwanted incidents of Cyber Bullying, Phishing, Hacking, Identity theft, etc. Students participated in interactive sessions on cyber safety and were made aware of the steps they should take whenever they face cases of cyberbullying. CBSE’s handbook on ‘Cyber Safety for Students’ was shared with all parents and students. Students also created informative posters to promote awareness about cyberbullying.

Due to increased online activities, a session was also held on “Finding Balance in the Digital World” which encouraged students to reflect on their time spent on online and offline activities, and the need to “Unplug”.
