International Yoga Day Celebration 2021

‘Yoga is the gateway of happiness that body needs in daily life’.

Manav Rachna International School Sector-14 celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and fervor. Since the theme for the year is ‘Yoga for Well-being’, a special yoga session was organized for our beloved grandparents. Their zeal to stay fit was well evident in the large number of participation. The excitement of the students was palpable on screen as they geared up to celebrate the International Day of Yoga 2021. This time, though it was a virtual celebration, it was nevertheless exciting because of its novelty.

The innumerable benefits of practicing Yoga were explained to all the participants and parents. The boundless peace of doing the Asanas was amply visible right from the faces of the students and the mentors. Director Principal Ma’am Ms. Mamta Wadhwa sent her wishes and emphasized the importance of yoga and motivated the students and parents to make it an important part of their lives.
