Complete the Application
- After registration, a username and password will be sent via SMS and email.
- Log in using the provided credentials and complete the application form
online. - Pay the application fee to finalize the application.
Selection and Notification
- Students will be selected based on the set criteria that includes Entrance
test from grade I onwards, followed by an interaction. For EY it is based on
points like distance from the school, girl child, parent profile and
interaction of the child and parent. - Selected students’ names will be displayed on the school notice board and
communicated via phone, SMS, or email.
Fee Deposit
- Selected candidates must deposit the fee within 2 days frame at the respective school’s
counter via Cheque, Debit card, Credit card and RTGS. - Submit a printed copy of the online application form, recent passport-sized photographs, and
other required documents.

Fee Structure
Withdrawal
and Refund Policy
For New
Admissions
- If withdrawal is initiated before the session starts, parents must apply to the Head of
School for a refund of the security deposit and quarter fee. - Admission Fee is non-refundable.
- Security Deposit and quarter fees are refundable if paid.
For Mid-Session Withdrawal
- Submit a withdrawal application to the School Office one month before the withdrawal date.
- Admission Fee is non-refundable.
- If the full quarter fee is paid, the fee will be charged up to the end of the month
attended, and the remaining proportionate fees for the quarter and the security deposit will
be refunded.
