Day 4: 11th Manav Rachna U-14 Cricket Challenge Cup 2018

Two knockout matches of 25 overs each were played on the fourth day of 11th Manav Rachna U-14 Cricket Challenge Cup 2018. The first match of the day was played between DPS (Sec 45) and Red Roses Public School. DPS won the toss and elected to Bat first. DPS scored 294 for 04 in 25 overs and Red Roses managed to score 131 runs for 4 wickets. DPS Sector 45 won the match by 168 runs. Ishaan Batra was declared ‘Man of the Match’ with 116 runs and 2 wickets to his credit.

The second match of the day was played between G.D. Goenka Public School and K.R. Mangalam World School. G.D.Goenka won the toss and elected to Bat first. The batting team set a target of 207 runs at a loss of 6 wickets. K.R. Mangalam World School chased the target and was able to get 138 runs on board for 8 wicktes. G.D.Goenka won the match by 69 runs. Ismayel was declared ‘Man of the Match’ for 108 runs and 2 wickets.
