Professional Development Program for Teachers
MRIS 21C is supported and guided by The Academic Excellence Team at the Central Office, which has designed a special curriculum aligned with CBSE, the New Education Policy 2020 and international requirements. Besides, it also creates content, plans and delivers sessions for the Continuous Professional Development Programme, raising the level of preparedness of the teachers and chiseling their pedagogical skills.

Observations and close monitoring by the AET aid in ensuring quality teaching. Regular feedbacks help the teachers to work on their skills and strategies, ascertaining the realization of their potential as a teacher, which in turn ensures that students are benefitted.
Transition is vital for one’s growth both professionally and personally. Teachers are provided regular trainings and workshops to keep them abreast of the new advancements in the educational space for achieving effective teaching-learning.

This enables them to remain responsive to the evolving needs of their students and the educational landscape, thus improving student outcomes. By engaging in workshops, courses, and collaborative learning communities, teachers refine their skills, address challenges, and incorporate innovative approaches into their classrooms.
This ongoing learning process not only fosters personal growth and job satisfaction but also contributes to a more dynamic and effective educational environment. Professional Development opportunities at MRIS 21C help teachers adapt to changes, address diverse student needs, and maintain a high standard of education.
