Investiture Ceremony 2019

MRIS, Noida believes in inspiring and appreciating students. The Investiture Ceremony was held on August 22, 2019 in the school premises. The function began on an auspicious note with the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra and Shanti Path by the school choir along with the lighting of the lamp by the Guests of Honour Ms. Sanyogita Sharma (Director MRIS); Brig. Vijay Anand (Registrar, MREI); Mr. Lovkesh Magu (Executive Director MRIS, Noida) accompanied by Ms. Nindiya Saket (Principal MRIS, Noida).

The school choir presented a melodious song – ‘Believer’ followed by a live poetry dance on ‘Woman Empowerment’ by the students of Grade XI and XII. The poem was written by a student Rishika Chakraborty (Grade XII) and was very well recited by Riya Singh (Grade- XI).

The scholars, sports achievers and students with 100% attendance (VI-XII) were felicitated with badges pinned by Mr. Lovkesh Maggu and the Principal. This was followed by a graceful dance performance ‘Dashavatra’- The Incarnation of Lord Vishnu by the students of Grade V-VII. The members of the school student council were conferred with badges. The Clan Flags were handed over to the Senior Clan Chiefs. The Headmistress Ms. Priyanka Singh conducted the Oath taking ceremony. The newly elected student council took the pledge to abide by the rules and carry out their duties with sincerity.

Vote of Thanks was given by the Junior and Senior School Head Girls and Boys. The principal and the Guests of Honour congratulated the children and inspired them to lead by example and motivate others by their good behaviour and work towards achieving their school goals and soar high. The ceremony concluded with the hearty rendition of the school song.
