Assessment for Learning

The IB uses a variety of assessment methods to support and enhance learning. Assessments are designed to provide feedback that helps students improve and develop their skills, rather than just evaluate their performance.

Action and Service

Particularly in the Diploma Programme (DP) and the Middle Years Programme (MYP), there is a strong focus on taking action and engaging in service activities. This includes the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) component in the DP and the service as action component in the MYP.
