Admission Procedure

Registration: Parents are required to register for admission at apply.xyzschool.edu.in for their chosen school. Upon completion, a username and password will be issued via SMS and email to the registered phone number and email ID.

Application Form Submission: Login using the provided credentials to complete the online application form. Submit all required details accurately as per the form’s instructions.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on predefined criteria. The names of selected students will be displayed on the school notice board and communicated via telephone, SMS, or email.
Fee Deposit: Selected candidates must deposit the school fee within the stipulated time frame. Payment can be made at the school’s counter through demand draft. In exceptional cases, cash payments may be accepted at the school counter.
Document Submission: Parents need to submit a printed copy of the online application form with a recent passport-sized color photograph of the child affixed. Other required documents include address proof (ration card/electricity bill/telephone bill), Aadhaar card of the child, photocopies of the last three years’ report cards, birth certificate, and transfer certificate if applicable.
Admission Confirmation: Admission will be considered provisional until all necessary documents are submitted to the school office and found to be in order.
Responsibility for Information: The student and parent are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Any discrepancies may lead to the cancellation of admission, with all fees and dues forfeited.

CBSE Results
The Grade X results for the academic session 2023-24 at MRIS-51 Gurugram are outstanding, with all 61 students, including 3 CWSN (Children with Special Needs), securing first division marks, resulting in a 100% pass rate. Notably, five students achieved a perfect score in specific subjects: Nafiah Ayub Khan and Tanush Ahuja in Mathematics, Rida Arora in French, Aditya Garg in Artificial Intelligence, and Shweta Sai Patrayani in Physical Activity Trainer. Eighteen students scored above 90% in their aggregate marks, with Nafiah Ayub Khan leading the toppers with 97.6%, followed by Yuvraj Sharma and Ashvik Agrawal at 95.6%. The overall aggregate percentage for the class is 83%, showcasing a strong academic performance across the board. The CWSN students also excelled, with Devansh Kumar Chauhan achieving 85%, Sanvi Shrivastava 84.4%, and Simar Kaur 84%.

Fee Refund Policy
New Admissions
In the event of withdrawal initiated before the start of the session, parents must submit an application in the prescribed format to the Head of School for the refund of security deposit and composite fee.
- Admission Fee is non-refundable.
- Security Deposit and Composite Fees will be refunded if already paid.
Mid-Session Withdrawal:
Applications for withdrawal must be submitted in the prescribed format to the School Office at least one month before the intended date of withdrawal.
- Admission Fee is non-refundable.
- For students who have paid the complete composite fee, charges will apply up to the end of the month in which classes were attended. Proportionate fees for the remaining quarter will be refunded along with the security deposit.
