Ms. Renuka Bhasin

As an educator and leader with over 20 years of experience in IB and CBSE schools, I have always been passionate about igniting young minds and shaping futures. My journey in education has been driven by a vision to create a community of empowered learners and leaders, guided by the values of resilience, integrity, synergy, and excellence.

Throughout my career, I have embraced diverse roles that have allowed me to make a meaningful impact on students, educators, and the broader school community. From managing academic programs for over 1,600 students and 120 teachers to leading curriculum development and implementing innovative teaching practices, I have honed my skills as an administrator and facilitator of growth.

I am deeply committed to integrating the principles of NEP 2020 and fostering competency-based learning. I have also led initiatives to support students with special needs, developed Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and strengthened career and behavioral counseling departments. These experiences have underscored my belief in the transformative power of education and the importance of nurturing every child’s unique potential.

As Senior School Headmistress, I bring with me a commitment to collaboration, innovation, and community engagement. I aim to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where students excel academically while also developing the emotional intelligence and life skills needed for a rapidly changing world. Together with my team, I look forward to building a culture of excellence that inspires students to lead, serve, and succeed.
