“Play is the highest form of learning and expression, as a free expression of a child’s soul and mind.” Committed to the dictum of ‘teach them the way they learn’, Ms. Anita Dasgupta is an exponent of the Learning Centre methodology with 27 years of experience. The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery and developing skills to make them independent learners. With these underlying thoughts, she has been instrumental in curriculum development, conducted multiple in-service training programs to ensure effective implementation for the Foundation Years across branches of Manav Rachna International Schools and NGOs.

In the initial years she worked with the British Government to enhance multicultural sensitivity in main stream schools of Leicestershire. Officiating in various capacities in schools across regions of India, she helped integrate multiple intelligences and foster learning by doing. A certified Trainer she has served as an Educational Consultant with NIE program of Times of India, liaising with schools to incorporate print media as a tool to enhance learning.

A certified Cyber Intervention Officer by the National Security database, she extends her support to counsel parents to be proactive and vigilant, as it’s easier to build strong children than repair broken adults.
