Student Leadership
At MRIS- 46, we believe in nurturing future leaders through a democratic and engaging process. Each year, our scholars have a valuable opportunity to run for council positions.
The election process starts with enthusiastic campaigning, where campaigners highlight their ideas and vision to their peers. On the day of the election, the school community gathers to cast their votes in a secret ballot, icing fairness and transparency. This popular process helps scholars understand the value of leadership and responsibility and teaches them the significance of participation and voice.

Since its inception in 2018, Vidyanatriksha Model United
Nations, VidMUN serves as a platform that allows our young, dynamic leaders to widen their horizons beyond mere
textbook knowledge and venture into the less explored territories of International Politics and Policy Making.

In addition, scholars are engaged in various activities, like debate and declamation competitions,
paper presentations, group projects, student-led clubs and societies. Each opportunity enables them to develop
communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, preparing them for future leadership
roles.
