At MRIS Mohali, the safety of everyone on campus is of utmost priority.

We are committed to providing a secure and nurturing environment that fosters the physical and mental growth of our students. Our campus is equipped with state-of-the-art security measures, including surveillance systems and well-trained staff, to ensure a safe and conducive atmosphere for learning and development. The well-being of our children is paramount, and we take every measure to safeguard their safety and security.

School Entry Point

The campus is secured around the clock with guards positioned at all three gates.
Parents and visitors must present an Escort/ID card to enter the school. Visitors are also issued a visitor’s card and pass for entry.
All entries of parents and visitors into the school premises are logged.
A security check is conducted for all visitors, staff members, and parents.

Fire Safety

Fire extinguishers are strategically placed throughout the school campus and are routinely inspected and replaced in accordance with safety standards. The school staff is trained to operate the extinguishers in emergency situations.

Additionally, fire drills are conducted regularly to ensure that students are well-prepared and knowledgeable about emergency procedures.

Playground Rules and Safety at MRIS Mohali

At MRIS Mohali, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all children on the playground. Our playground rules ensure a fun and secure environment where every child can thrive. Children are supervised by trained staff at all times to prevent accidents and address any issues promptly.

We maintain age-appropriate play areas and equipment, conducting regular safety checks to keep them in excellent condition.

To foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere, children are encouraged to play cooperatively, take turns, and respect each other’s personal space. By promoting safe play practices and mutual respect, we create a joyful and secure playground experience for all our students.

School Buses

We prioritize student safety even when they are off-campus. Every school bus is equipped with CCTV cameras, a medical kit, and fire extinguishers. The drivers and conductors carry traceable mobile phones and can be contacted in emergencies.

Additionally, a female attendant is always present on the buses.

Surveillance

The school campus is a secure environment for students, with multiple CCTV cameras installed and stringent security measures in place. Students must wear their ID cards at all times. Parents are not allowed to escort a student from the school without an Escort Card issued by the school.
