Complete the Application
- After registration, a username and password will be sent via SMS and email.
- Log in using the provided credentials and complete the application form online.
- Pay the application fee to finalize the application.
Selection and Notification
- Students will be selected based on the set criteria.
- Selected students’ names will be displayed on the school notice board and communicated via phone, SMS, or email.
Fee Deposit
- Selected candidates must deposit the fee within the given time frame at the respective school’s counter via demand draft or cash (under exceptional conditions).
- Submit a printed copy of the online application form, recent passport-sized photographs, and other required documents.
Documents Required at Admission
- 6 passport-sized photographs of the child
- Passport-sized photographs of each parent
- Address proof (ration card/electricity bill/telephone bill)
- Child’s Aadhaar Card
- Photocopies of the last 3 years’ report cards
- Child’s birth certificate
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
For New Admissions
- If withdrawal is initiated before the session starts, parents must apply to the Head of School for a refund of the security deposit and composite fee. Admission Fee is non-refundable.
- Admission Fee is non-refundable.
- Security Deposit and Composite Fees are refundable if paid.
For Mid-Session Withdrawal
- Submit a withdrawal application to the School Office one month before the withdrawal date.
- Admission Fee is non-refundable.
- If the full quarter fee is paid, the fee will be charged up to the end of the month attended, and the remaining proportionate fees for the quarter and the security deposit will be refunded.
