By fostering an environment that promotes healthy eating habits, we aim to support our students' overall well-being.
Our school canteen, managed by the HM Department of MREI, offers a variety of healthy snacks, strictly prohibiting fizzy drinks and packed junk food like chips.
To ensure students receive essential morning nutrition, we have a designated fruit break each morning, helping them meet their daily nutritional needs. We encourage students to bring nutritious meals from home daily, with an exception for a cheat meal on Fridays, allowing one less nutritious item to promote a balanced relationship with food.
Our Hospitality Club educates students on important aspects of health and nutrition, aligning with SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being. Additionally, our Hospitality Department regularly checks the canteen’s food quality to maintain high standards.
