Sports is a path to healthy and soulful living

Sports assures not only physical fitness, but teaches values of fair play, interdependence; whilst decision making and leadership skills are honed just as it develops a pro-active temperament so needed in the global sporting scenario.

With this in mind the Sports Department at MRIS-21C has planned various strategies to enhance the skills of the students, one of which includes regular practice sessions at the University to give them exposure and special training for internal tournaments and gaming events.

In order to ensure that students get the best, the school is making the most of the state-of-the-art sports facilities available at the Manav Rachna University!

Students have been going for badminton practice sessions there, along with their sports in-charges, and it has worked wonders to uplift their game as well as their spirits. They return to campus not just having learnt the skills, but also with enhanced self confidence which is reflected in their smile and attitude.
