Motivational Workshop for Grade VIII-IX & XI

Successful institutions believe that success starts with the right attitude and the Team at MRIS, Ludhiana can certainly attest to that. During the recent motivational workshop conducted by Mr. Inderpreet Singh of ‘The Joy Studio’ for Grade VIII-IX and XI, the resource person covered the aspect of positive attitude and how adopting an optimistic approach to goal setting leads to successful outcomes.

During the workshop, he outlined some of the key tools that can be used to improve the attitude and help the students achieve their desired aspirations. He talked about self-coaching through affirmations, as studies have shown that self-affirmation can help improve an individual’s performance and increase confidence and self-esteem. He stated that by repeating a few affirmations each day, our subconscious gets trained in making constructive decisions that will aid in our success.

He reiterated the pre-requisites of becoming a successful entrepreneur. He said, “Every entrepreneur needs to understand the importance of adopting various strategies for Goal Setting and Skill Mapping and how this contributes to the realization of their goals”.

The session was concluded with a music therapy for stress removal.
