Interactive Session with the academic life coach, Ms. Sanyogita Sharma for Grade IX and X students

MRIS, Mayfield Gardens, Sec-51, Gurugram organized an online Interactive session for Grade IX and X students with an objective to help them to get the right kind of guidance to strategize their time and skills to better optimize their academic and extra-curricular performance. The school was honored and privileged to have Mrs. Sanyogita Sharma, Director MRIS for the online session.

The session commenced with a welcome address by Principal Mrs. Alpana Baveja followed by the Interactive session. With her expertise and prowess, Ms. Sanyogita Sharma guided the students on Time management, Class Response, Internal assessment, and enlightened them to work upon the strategies shared by her on these topics so that they tide over these difficult times while maintaining their single-minded focus on their larger goals and responsibilities. The most strategic framework she highlighted was the 5P’s of Strategy development to help students critically evaluate their plans to increase their chances of success. They were Planning, Prioritizing, Practice and Procrastination, and (Pomodoro which is focused work sessions with frequent short breaks between your studies to promote better concentration).

The students were highly motivated and decided to implement these strategies to achieve success in their goals. It was overall an enlightening and interactive session.
