Professional Development Program for Teachers
At MRIS Ludhiana, we recognize that effective teaching requires continuous growth and skill enhancement. Our PDP aims to empower the facilitators throughout the year, by engaging them in PDP sessions led by experienced mentors, student counselors, and faculty members. These sessions cover academic updates and technological advancements, ensuring that our teachers remain well-informed.
We believe that well-equipped teachers positively impact student learning. Hence, our PDP focuses on mastering new knowledge and teaching methodologies. It encourages teachers to stay abreast of educational developments. Teachers undergo internal training as well as take up courses on DIKSHA, Swayam Portal, and other professional development forums.
