Ms. Karuna Jha has around 27 years of rich teaching and administrative experiences in the field of education with institutions of various patterns of curriculum with ICSE, CBSE and IB boards.

After decades as a leader in educational administration, management and leadership in many teacher trainings, she is also a Master Trainer in Socio-Emotional Learning.

Her core belief is that school is an imperative social institution in a child’s life which necessarily has to give a student the wings to explore, experiment and discover their own unique way of learning. Keeping this belief in mind, her many years of dedicated service at Manav Rachna has aimed to destigmatize the understanding of schools just being about rote learning.

Equipped with conceptual clarity, the students of MRIS-46 reflect, change and take action – in the form of skills, attitudes, mind-sets and practices in all that they set out to achieve. These are the tools they need to meander through the labyrinth of life’s challenges.
