Collaboration and Competition breed Confidence and Excellence!
Clan System in a School, with four vibrant communities brings in a strong sense of community, collaboration, supporting and competing in a healthy way among all the students. All students at the School are divided into four different clans, which echo four different environmental elements that are:
Clans have a leadership structure wherein the students are nominated for various roles like Clan Chief, Secretary and Catalysts for various areas of activity. Keeping their respective CLAN element in focus, the CLAN communities create awareness about their respective element, its connected global status and practice policies.
Varied intra and inter Clan activities and competitions are held throughout the session which hone life skills like leadership, adaptability, self-management, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness. Literacy and Media, Sports, Cultural, Sustainable Development, and Life Skills are covered through cross clan activities.
