Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) encourages students to pursue their interests beyond academics. It allows them to create a personalized program of creative projects, physical activities, and community service initiatives. CAS helps students develop lifelong skills and make positive contributions to their school and local community.

The Extended Essay (EE)

The Extended Essay (EE) is a substantial research project where students delve deeply into a topic of personal interest. They conduct independent research under the guidance of a subject expert, preparing a 4000-word essay that mirrors university-level research and writing.

The flexibility to combine subjects enables students to build a curriculum that complements their strengths and aligns with their higher education goals.

The IB Diploma Programme (DP) evaluates students through internal and external assessments. The maximum score for the IBDP is 45 points. Students can earn up to 7 points in each of the six subjects, totaling 42 points. An additional 3 points come from TOK and EE. Although Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) does not contribute points, participation is mandatory. Students need at least 24 points and must meet minimum performance levels, including completing the DP core, to earn the diploma.
