A group of 23 students, accompanied by two teachers, recently visited the Studds Helmet production unit. Ms. Jyoti, Ms. Divya, and Mr. Ankit guided them through the factory tour, starting with an induction session in the silver conference room. Here, students learned about the factory’s beginnings and essential safety guidelines.
The visit continued with a walkthrough of the production unit, where students observed each stage of helmet manufacturing. From inventory management and melting raw materials into hard shells to designing, painting, and testing, students saw firsthand how helmets are crafted. The tour concluded with a live helmet testing demonstration, giving students a fascinating insight into product quality assurance.
