Student Leadership
Holistic approach to Education
At MRIS-14, we are dedicated to nurturing future leaders through a democratic and engaging process. Our students are afforded the opportunity to stand for council positions on an annual basis, commencing with a spirited campaign wherein they articulate their vision and ideas to their peers.
On the day of the election, the school students and teachers assemble to cast their votes via secret ballot, ensuring the utmost fairness and transparency. This process empowers our students to develop a profound understanding of leadership, responsibility, participation, and the significance of their voice.
Since its inception in 2018, Vidyanatriksha Model United Nations (VidMUN) has served as an esteemed platform for our young leaders to explore beyond the realm of textbooks and delve into the complexities of international politics and policy making.
Furthermore, our students engage in a diverse array of activities, including debates, declamations, paper presentations, group projects, and student-led clubs and societies. These opportunities serve to refine their communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, thereby preparing them for future leadership roles.
