Holistic approach to Education
Career and subject selection choices can be a challenging aspect of a student’s life. We believe that each child is unique and given the right guidance and resources can unlock his/her potential. The school collaborates with CDC, MRIU to help students make well-informed career decision. There is holistic program which starts with students undertaking a psychometric assessment to become more self-aware by getting better understanding of their aptitude, motivation and interests.
Regular webinars, workshops and career fairs are done by expert professionals and industry specialists to guide students. Students are also given opportunities to explore various internships opportunities which mobilizes a behavioral development approach while addressing knowledge, attitudes and value enhanced career skills.
The aim is to aid career exploration where learn about oneself and the world of work, identifying potential careers, and developing a strategy for realizing education and career goals.
