School Visit

We invite interested parents to explore our campus and discover the enriching opportunities that await your child post taking a prior school tour appointment. The appointment can be fixed by calling at the centralized number +91 9098991000

Application

Once the parents have seen the facilities, we invite them to fill the online application form and complete registration by paying the application fee of INR 1200. The form captures all relevant data about the applicant and the family. The form is available here: Home (mris.edu.in)

6 passport size color photographs of the child
Passport size photograph of each parent
Address proof (photocopy of the ration card/ electricity bill/ telephone bill)
Aadhaar Card of the child
Photocopy of report card of last 3 years
Photocopy of birth certificate
Transfer Certificate, where applicable

Interaction

We believe in understanding each applicant’s unique learning style and aspirations to facilitate a truly student-centric approach to education.To gauge the student’s compatibility with the school philosophy, every applicant participates in scheduled interactions with the Head – Admissions and the School Principal. These conversations also provide an opportunity for applicants and their families to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of our ethos and educational philosophy.

Offer of Admission

Admissions at Manav Rachna International School are based on a holistic evaluation, welcoming students who are not only academically strong but also possess a curious mind and a passion for learning. The Offer is communicated to the parents over an email by the admission team. Admission shall remain provisional until all documents are submitted.

Fee Payment and Orientation

Upon successful payment of the relevant fee within stipulated time, the students get enrolled. The school provides a comprehensive orientation program, helping incoming families acclimatize to the campus and its vibrant learning community.

The student/parent shall be liable for any wrong information leading to the cancellation of admission. All fee/dues paid shall be forfeited.

Fee Refund Policy

New Admissions

Fees are deposited at the time of admission and subsequently, withdrawal is initiated before the start of the session, parents shall be required to make an application in the prescribed form to the Head of School regarding the refund of security deposit and composite fee.

Admission Fee shall be non-refundable.
Security Deposit, Composite Fees will be refunded if paid.

Mid-Session Withdrawal

Application for withdrawal shall be in the prescribed format and submitted to the School Office one month before the date of withdrawal.

Admission Fees Shall be non-refundable.
For the student who has paid the full quarter fee, the fee is to be charged up to the end of the month, the student has attended classes and remaining proportionate fees for the quarter to be refunded along with the security deposit.
