Naturopathy Seminar by Dr. Reetu Panwar

Naturopathy is an art and science of healthy living, and a drugless system of healing based on well founded philosophy. It has its own concept of health and disease, and its own principle of treatment. MRIS-51, Gurugram organised a workshop on ‘NATUROPATHY’ recently. The resource person for the workshop was Dr. Reetu Panwar who guided all the members that Naturopathy is not only the independent and ideal system of healthy science but also the way of life aiming at preventive, promotive and curative aspects of health with holistic approach i.e. physical, mental, moral, social and spiritual. Her efforts were really commendable as she enlightened all with her valuable tips and suggestions spreading the message of Naturopathy & Yoga for being the scientific, time-tested, effective, simple, safe and inexpensive, and has ideally suited to people from all walks of life. It was indeed a fruitful session for all the teachers.
