I started out my career as an academician with Translam Academy International School in Meerut in the capacity of a Science Teacher.. Subsequently, I had worked as the Head of the department at Sun Valley international School, Vaishali Ghaziabad for 10 years. Since March 2015 till date I have been colligated with Manav Rachna International School, NOIDA. I have always been a perfervid and extremely efficacious with success in instructional strategies to develop students’ academic skills and surge test scores. I strongly believe “Consistency is the mother of Mastery” .The only constant thing in the world is a change in which I adapt effectively and I am capable of bringing the same as & when need arises.

At Manav Rachna International School Noida we practice and ensure five elements conducive to learning. (1) Role of a teacher -to act as a mentor. (2) Student’s access – hands-on activities. (3) Permission to student- Students should be allowed to have choices and let their curiosity alleviate their learning skills. (4) Facilitating Critical Thinking- they should master the skill of interpreting information, draw conclusions, and then develop an explanation.  (5) Real life thematic connections- students can correlate that learning does not cultivate in isolation.
