Ms Charu Behal has a splendid experience of 11 years which includes 6 years of teaching kindergarten and 5 years of coordinator ship. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Home Science from Lady Irwin College, she continued with a professional degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, New Delhi. She completed her B.Ed. in Home Science from the Dayanand University. She has training experience with Dalmias P.R Agency ‘Connexions’, New Delhi. She has also worked as a corporate officer with Mobilink, New Delhi.

She religiously believes that in terms of the growth of an individual, the learning that takes place in Early Years plays a very important role. It provides a strong base for uplifting the child’s EQ and IQ by aiming at the holistic development of a child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs. She believes in teamwork, cooperation and hard work. She is exceptionally inventive with her working techniques as she strives to make education fun and informative for the children.

She sincerely believes that the most valuable resource any teacher can have is the support of other teachers and without collaboration, our growth is always limited to our perspective.
