Grade II Students of MRIS, Ludhiana participated in an activity named “Different structures using Straw Bees Kit” in the Techno Skill Lab. They learnt the concept of different connectors with one, two, three legs placed at different angles, which were used to connect the straws to make the 3D Structures such as Robot, Aircraft, Tower, Building, Hut, etc and further interconnected them to replicate a smart city. This activity helped students to refine and polish their civil engineering and architectural skills. Students are now aware of the use of different kinds of connectors with a vision to smartly judge which angle can be used to fit into the desired destination.
