Puppets are an attractive tool for learning. A Puppet show was organized for Toddlers to students of KG. The teachers with the help of puppets enacted and narrated interesting stories like The Cat and the Monkey, Goldilocks & Three Bears, and many more to the children.
The session kept the involvement of the children intact. The inquisitive nature of the young learners was well taken care of. Teachers kept the children involved by interacting with them during the session.
Propounding her views on the Storytelling, Principal Dr. Rupali Saini expressed that Storytelling has a cardinal role to play in the lives of children. They transport one to an imaginary and fantasy land and help in developing language too. She further added that it also enhances listening skills, improves critical thinking and comprehension. Educationists must consider it as an indispensable part of fun learning.
