Learning is not just knowing what to do, but doing what we already know.
When we look at our students, we see unlimited possibilities and opportunities. CREST is an opportunity for our children to learn about different cultures together. Diversity is a real world issue and makes us feel the importance of understanding each other despite of our differences.
To enhance the learning skills of the students, CREST assemblies are conducted at regular intervals. Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana conducted CREST assemblies for Grades III-V recently to illustrate their learnings during their CREST sessions. The students proved their acumen by successfully presenting CREST Module 6 in the form of colourful, vibrant and informative assembly.
Grade III students conducted the assembly on History of Photography and presented how the colourful images capture the beauty of nature around us. They shared information about the World of Media and Animation as well. Through their wonderful performance the students paid a tribute to the Father of Animation – Sir Walt Disney.
The students of Grade IV presented the journey of Architecture and enacted as little Architects of the World. They took everyone to the amazing Era of Buildings and how different houses were made. They had also prepared models of houses.
Students of Grade V enlightened the audience by the History of Sports. Dressed in different sports attire, they came up with the actual meaning of Sportsmanship and working as a team together. The programme was an amalgamation of music, song and drama which was culminated by an energetic and foot tapping dance performance.
