MRIS, Ludhiana believes in empowering its teachers from time to time. Skill Development Training is an inseparable part of teacher training that hones the skills of reflection, management of educational tools, lesson management, assessments and others. A two-day workshop was held in the campus wherein the Academic team of Excellence headed by Ms. Sanyogita Sharma, Director MRIS, emphasized on the enhancement of quality of learning, concept clarity and in-depth knowledge acquired by the children. The team highlighted that each child has a scope to grow and become better human beings. They highlighted the importance of KYC (Know Your Child), KYP (Know Your Parent) and EYC (Early Years Curriculum). The workshop had a comprehensive dialogue on the challenges faced, reflections of the current session, moments of eureka experiences, areas that require training etc.

The workshop was the result of a complete analysis of the needs required for teaching-learning procedures and classroom practices. The workshop was concluded on the note that the mentors at MRIS, Ludhiana are awakeners with an insight of awakening the urge of learning in every child.
