Community Outreach Program

Virtual Tour

Through community outreach initiatives, MRIS-51 aims to develop caring, well-balanced and responsible young global citizens. Community outreach at MRIS-51 is part of our trans-disciplinary curriculum and an important part of fostering the MRIS learners’ profile. Engaging students in community service projects is a wonderful way of encouraging our students to be principled, caring and open minded.

As a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, Manav Rachna Educational Institutions are making constant efforts to do our bit for the society. “Ek Mutthi Daan” under the aegis of Dr. O. P. Bhalla Foundation is one such endeavour. It supports the ‘No one sleeps hungry’ campaign. The contributions collected are given to various NGOs.

As a part of UNSDG 1, 2, 4: NO HUNGER, NO POVERTY and QUALITY EDUCATION respectively, our students visit ‘JAGRITI’ an NGO. This exposure makes the students develop the feeling of compassion and responsibility towards the society.

It is a ritual at MRIS-51 that we make our students express gratitude towards nannies, guards, conductors and drivers serving the school. It is important that children recognize the role of community helpers and are able to give due dignity to their hard work.

Our students of primary wing are involved into various activities to reach out to the communities in their own small ways. Visit to various charitable organizations for street children, helps them redefine the idea of kindness.

The outreach programs develop and enhance student’s academic skills, leadership qualities, self-confidence, communication skills, managerial skills, and responsibilities toward the rural community. We at MRIS-51 nurture our children to become responsible citizens of the future.
