“Learning by doing is the only way I know how to learn”

We at MRIS 51, Gurugram truly believe in the above line quoted by “Tony Fadell” and try to implement the same while carrying out the learning process in our classrooms. Keeping the same in mind, an activity was conducted during the Crest session in Grade V wherein students practically understood the concept of Solar and Lunar Eclipses by using a torch, a big ball and a small ball that represented the Sun, Earth and Moon respectively. They could also explain concepts like Rotation and Revolution of the Earth. It was indeed a visual treat seeing the beaming and enthusiastic faces of our students completely engrossed in the activity. It gives us immense pleasure that we as facilitators are doing our bit to make learning fun for our students.
