Learning is always fun when it is done in an experiential way. Nursery and KG students of MRIS – 51, Gurugram learnt, explored and participated in hands-on activities as a part of their ongoing IPC themes which further led to their understanding of the concepts lastingly. They showcased and shared their learning with their parents by presenting Theme Assembly on IPC themes like Nursery presented – ‘Anisaurus’ and KG demonstrated themes ‘All about me my family and community’ & ‘Green world around me’.
KG students confidently portrayed their learning through role play and skit on the importance of a family, community and the green world around us. Nursery students gave a wonderful message of ‘Save and protect animals’. An enchanting narration and enactment of scenes, interspersed with talk, dances and songs, caught the imagination of the audience, much to the delight of the performers. The assembly concluded with a beautiful patriotic dance presentation for the upcoming Independence Day. It was an enthralling performance by the relentless efforts put in by our ever enthusiastic students. It was fun watching them when they shared their learning.
