A team of four students namely Jayesh Rustagi (Grade VII), Nandini Singhal (Grade VII), Kabir (Grade V), Moulik (Grade V) of MRIS-51, Gurugram participated in an Inter-School Debate Competition.

Talented and budding orators spoke in favor and against the motion ‘Exams measure only our memory and not our knowledge’. MRIS-51 Student Nandini Singhal bagged the second position as the best speaker.

It was a great opportunity for the students to express what they feel and acquire more knowledge as well through the discussion. The perspective was to hone public speaking skills of the students and to teach them to be articulate while expressing their thoughts and opinions.

The competition concluded with the prize distribution ceremony and the national anthem.
